26 - XBar sets wrong width after window resize / apply of settings in configuration
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn Runes of Magic into windowed mode
2. Install XBar and start RoM
3. Click on the maximize button, or resize the window, or open configuration and click apply
XBar is not using the full window width anymore. At game start and after ReloadUI() everything is back to normal
