This is a simple remake of the original ScrollBannerFrame, to prevent it from spamming messages all over.

nigroangelus Thu, 12 Feb 2009 05:02:57It doesnt anymore move it to any else place, nor it will post to the chat... it truly blocks the Banner, as it is an rewritten version of its lua and xml.
thats why this addon is not placed in the addons-folder, but in the worldxml.
