RoM Addon Wizard

Description

A standalone program that facilitates the creation of RoM addons. It has its roots in a bash script, so at the most basic level, you can just use it to create the folder and file structure of an addon. In additon to that, the wizard can be used to create much of the boilerplate code and xml used in many addons.
