What steps will reproduce the problem?
installing v0.7 (without any previous versions)
What's da' bug?
1) Surpress Action-Bar Tooltips doesen't work, no bar of it. may depend on german language?
2) Fade out Action bar doesn't work on mouse over
(yes, i selected on mouse over/independent mouse over)
but fade out with debuff, target works as it should (great btw^^)
