33 - Suggestion - Tooltip Option

Hello,
would be nice if you could add a new setting to the "Tooltip" section.
I would like to see an option that i can FIX the tooltip ONLY for the ACTION BAR (where my spells are) instead of ALL (NPC, Bag, Materials)

thx, now that pbInfo support some tooltip tweaking, this addition would be really nice... and i can finally kick the "ActionBarTweaker" Addon (which function is only fixing the castbar tooltips) into the bin ^_-

This was not possible in the past, but I'll check it again.
