FunctionWatch can now be enabled and disabled using /fwatch toggle or from within AddonManager

It uses Hooks! Therefore, it is inherently somewhat dangerous. There shouldn't be anything that a relog/restart won't fix, though.

Just don't hook ChatFrame1's AddMessage...
